I made crinkle ceiokos this past Christmas for gifts, and they were a huge hit. Mine were almost like a brownie inside. The dough was SO tacky, though, when I rolled them into shape with my hands. I had to keep dipping my fingers in a bowl of water so the dough wouldn’t stick so bad. I might even try dipping my fingers in the powdered sugar next time.
